• Uploaded documents: CAD files, technical drawings, and other files necessary for quotation and production.
• Conversation we have through multiple channels regarding your parts, drawings, orders, deliveries and other services we provide.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser details, operating system, pages visited (via cookies and similar technologies).

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve our Services.
• To process and fulfill your quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• To communicate with you.
• To prevent fraud.
• To inform you about updates and marketing (opt-out available).

Uploaded documents may be processed via third-party AI tools strictly to automate quoting, manufacturability analysis and order fulfillment processes. Intellectual property rights remain with the customer.

3. How We Share Information

• As part of order fulfillment process.
• For payment processing and fraud prevention.
• As required by law.
• With third-party service providers, including AI providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Data Security

We use appropriate measures to protect your personal information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary for service fulfillment, legal compliance, or operational purposes. You may request deletion by contacting Support@machinix.io.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Machinix treats all customer data, drawings, designs, and specifications as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties except as required to deliver Services, including through the use of third-party AI service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements.

Information that shall not be considered confidential includes information that (i) is or becomes publicly available without breach of this policy; (ii) is rightfully received by Machinix from a third party without restriction on disclosure; (iii) is independently developed by Machinix without use of or reference to the customer’s confidential information; or (iv) is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or legal process.

In the event a separate, specific NDA is signed between Machinix and a customer, the terms of that specific NDA shall prevail over the confidentiality terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

7. EU Residents (GDPR)

EU residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and restrict their personal data. We may transfer data internationally with appropriate safeguards.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know, access, and delete their personal information. We do not sell personal data.

9. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn otherwise, we will delete such information promptly.
