Welcome to www.machinix.io (“Website”), the official website for Machinix (“Machinix” or “we” or “us”), company Incorporated in Israel, having its principal place of business at 2nd A.D Bergman St, Rehovot.

1. General

Welcome to www.machinix.io (“Website”), the official website of Machinix (“Machinix”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Website, our quote and order platform (“Platform”), and all related services including but not limited to your orders fulfillment (“Services”). By accessing or using our Website or Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein.

2. Website Registration

To access our Services, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Request a Quote

Upon registering, you may submit a Request for Quote (“RFQ”) including 3D files, 2D drawings (“Specs”), item numbers, and quantities. Machinix reserves the right to reject any RFQ at its discretion.

4. Quote and Purchase Order

If we accept your RFQ, you will receive a quotation. You may issue a purchase order either via credit card checkout or by uploading a company purchase order. All orders are subject to Machinix’s review and acceptance.

5. Order Confirmation

Confirmed orders will specify part numbers, quantities, unit prices and delivery dates. Delivery dates may differ from original quotations due to processing times.

6. Delivery Date Changes

Delivery dates may change due to production realities. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.

7. Order Cancellation

All confirmed orders are final and non-cancellable by the customer. Because all parts are custom-made to your specifications, once an order is placed, you are fully responsible for the total amount of that order. Machinix reserve the right to cancel orders if items are unmanufacturable or due to failure to receive payment.

8. Fees Taxes and Payment Terms

Payments must be made according to the quoted terms. Late payments incur a 1% monthly fee.

9. Shipping

Shipping will be arranged per your selected method at checkout. Changes to shipping addresses must be requested before shipment.

10. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

Machinix respects your intellectual property. All customer-provided data remains your property. By uploading files and information, you authorize Machinix to process this data through automated tools, including third-party artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to Google Gemini, strictly for internal use (quoting, manufacturability analysis, cost estimation and order fulfillment).

Third-party AI providers are contractually obligated to confidentiality standards.

Your data is not used to train AI models.

If you wish to opt-out of AI processing, please contact your account executive or at Support@machinix.io prior to uploading files.

11. Warranties and Limited Liability

Products must be inspected within 14 days of receipt. Warranty is limited to compliance with confirmed Specs. Machinix’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the non-conforming product.

12. Website Restrictions

Users must not violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to build competitive services using our Website.

13. Miscellaneous Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Machinix. No assignment is permitted without prior written consent.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or manufacturing partners delays.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Tel Aviv courts.

16. Changes to Terms

The terms of use might be updated from time to time. You will be notified through your registered contact information.
